These terms apply when you use StashAndSet.com or buy from us. The store is operated by Barry Floore ("StashAndSet," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using the store

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from us. Please give accurate information when ordering. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Products and pricing

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors, sizes and details may vary slightly. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll get a full refund.

Product use and safety

Our gear is built to be useful every day and helpful when things go wrong, but no product guarantees your safety or protection in an emergency.

Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and capacity limits.
Fireproof and fire-resistant products are rated for limited temperatures and durations and may not protect contents in every fire.
Power banks, power stations, solar chargers and other battery products must be used, charged and stored according to their instructions. You use them at your own risk. Keep them away from heat, water and children, and stop using any product that is damaged, swelling or overheating.
Shelving, safes and other heavy items must be assembled and anchored correctly and loaded within stated limits.
Our content, including blog posts and guides, is general information, not professional safety, legal or emergency-planning advice.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics and the StashAndSet name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except where required by law, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." Any warranty that comes from a manufacturer is provided by that manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StashAndSet and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, property or profits, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.
