Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We hope to expand later.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Large or heavy items may take a little longer.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Multiple packages

Our products ship from several US warehouses, so items from one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Some items may arrive in a carrier's or retailer's packaging rather than branded StashAndSet boxes. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Delays and lost packages

Carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays and bad weather. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at barry.floore@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.
